VIDEO: Oyez! Prince William and Kate Middleton Welcome Baby Girl!

It was officially announced today by Kensington Palace that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed a baby girl at 8:34 a.m. local time. Watch the official announcement below!

The newest royal, who weighed in at 8 pounds and 3 ounces, becomes fourth in line to the throne. Both baby and mother are reportedly doing well.

The baby was born in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital, the same hospital that 33-year-old Kate gave birth to baby number one, Prince George, in July of 2013. News of a second younger sibling to George was announced last September.
