By: Gabrielle Sierra Aug. 05, 2010
The New Theater presents The Quare Fellow. Extended to Sept 4th by public demand by Brendan Behan
Due to phenomenal public demand The New Theatre is extending this critically accalimed run of Brendan Behan's The Quare Fellow to Saturday Sept 4th
Monday to Saturday @ 8 pmTickets: €15, €12 (concs), €10 (groups of 10+) What the critics say...'The Quare Fellow should be required viewing for every member of the "whip 'em and flog 'em" brigade....terrific performances...distils and delivers Behan's narrative and message with savage, horrible simplicity.'
Emer O' Kelly, The Sunday Independent 'The New Theatre's Ronan Wilmot has assembled a cast that definitely does the writing justice...if the jammers New Theatre is anything to go by, Behan's work should get more outings.'
Louise Finn (The Dubliner) Evening Herald
