Composer and Lyricist Scott Alan will return to London's West End on Saturday, March 13th, 2010, as he takes to the stage of the Prince of Wales Theatre's Delfont Room. This intimate concert will feature Scott Alan at the piano playing some of his most beloved songs from his CD's 'Dreaming Wide Awake,' and 'Keys,' as well as songs from his upcoming CD, 'What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up,' which he is currently in the studio recording with some of today's brightest Broadway and West End performers.

Joining him for the one night only 11pm concert will be two of West End's biggest talents, who will join the composer on stage for two of his songs. These surprise performers will NOT be announced prior to the concert.

Doors for the March 13th event will open at 10:30pm with the show beginning at 11:00pm. Tickets for the event are £25 for seats and £15 for general admission. To purchase tickets, visit www.delfontmackintosh.co.uk or call the Prince of Whales' Box Office at 0844 482 5111.

Scott wrote the book, music and lyrics for the musical Detour in Los Angeles. Since returning to New York City four years ago, many of Broadway's elite have sung his music, including Liz Callaway, Sutton Foster, Randy Graff, Megan Hilty, Norm Lewis, Shoshana Bean, Adriane Lenox, Stephanie J. Block, Cheyenne Jackson, Eden Espinosa and more, all whom are featured on his CD's Dreaming Wide Awake: The Music of Scott Alan and Keys: The Music of Scott Alan. His love for theater brought him back to New York where he is currently producing the acclaimed monthly series, 'Monday Nights, New Voices' at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre, which is now in its third year and features and honors new talent. Alan also produced and directed the Neo2 Benefit Concert at the York Theatre in 2006 featuring some of today's brightest up and coming composers and lyricists, sung by some of Broadways greatest performers. Alan's newest musical Piece was recently featured at the NAMT festival and Seattle Village Theatre Festival. www.scottalan.net

Delfont Mackintosh Theatres operates seven theatres (five freeholds and two very long leases) which are the Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Queen's, Novello, Noël Coward, Wyndham's and the Gielgud. The Queens and Gielgud theatres are to be part of a unique redevelopment scheme that will see the Queen's rebuilt as a 1,200-seat theatre on two levels.

Beginning with the Prince Edward and Prince of Wales, the Strand Theatre was next to join the fold. The Strand has since undergone major restoration and reopened as the Novello Theatre in December 2005 in recognition of the brilliant actor and composer Ivor Novello who lived in a flat above the theatre. The Albery and Wyndham's Theatres have been managed by Delfont Mackintosh since 19 September 2005 and the Gielgud joined the Queen's as a Delfont Mackintosh Theatre on 25 March 2006.

The fully renovated Prince of Wales Theatre reopened on 27 May 2004 with Mamma Mia! which transferred from the Prince Edward thereby allowing that theatre to enjoy its second refurbishment, completed in December 2004. The Queen's is to be part of a redevelopment scheme that will see it rebuilt and restored to its former glory to match the beautifully refurbished Gielgud Theatre completed in October 2007. In the interim the Queen's did get a mini-makeover when it joined the group on 29 March 2004. The renamed Noël Coward (Albery) Theatre has been restored and refurbished, with Wyndham's due to be completed by autumn 2008. These significant upgrades to all seven Delfont Mackintosh theatres demonstrate Cameron's commitment to revitalising these buildings for the 21st Century.

Delfont Mackintosh Theatres is committed to providing the best facilities possible for it's patrons and entrusts its staff to deliver the best possible service both front-of-house and backstage.
