Photo Flash: Inside Rehearsals for Alan Ayckbourn's NO KNOWING at Scarborough's Stephen Joseph Theatre

Family secrets are uncovered after a 40th wedding anniversary party in the latest play by world-renowned playwright Alan Ayckbourn.

No Knowing can be seen at the Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough from 1 to 24 December. Check out rehearsal photos below!

Alan Ayckbourn says: "Forty years of married bliss? At least that's what Arthur and Elspeth seem to be telling the guests at their anniversary party. But are they both being completely truthful? Or are there things they're not telling us?

"Certainly their son and daughter, Nigel and Alison, have their doubts. But as with most marriages, where does the truth really lie? The plain fact is, there's absolutely no knowing, is there?"

No Knowing stars Russell Dixon and Jacqueline King as Arthur and Elspeth, with Bill Champion and Laura Matthews as their son and daughter, Nigel and Alison.

Written and directed by Alan Ayckbourn, it's designed by Kevin Jenkins, with lighting design by Tigger Johnson.

No Knowing can be seen in the SJT's McCarthy auditorium at 8pm on 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22 and 23 December; and 3pm on 3, 8, 15, 17, 18, 22, 23 and 24 December.
