Multi-Sensory Rvent SENCITY Returns to London

After travelling the world, this unique multi-sensory clubbing experience will finally come back to London. After the great editions at the Oval Space (2014), and IndigO2 (2011) the third edition will take place at the Islington Assembly Hall on the 20th of May 2017.

By having DJ's and live bands perform together with aroma jockeys, taste triggers, vibrating floor, light effects and video jockeys a unique and immersive experience will be created that will stimulate all senses.

More than a decade ago, the idea of creating a music and dance experience started in the Netherlands. As soon as the news began to spread about the event' innovative and new approach towards the club scene, it started attracting people from all different kinds of backgrounds. The ambition of Sencity is to transform a normal night-out of clubbing into an unforgettable experience. The attendees will not only hear the music, they will see, smell, taste and feel the music.

A sense director will make sure that all senses will match the emotion of the music that is played. The video jockeys will please your eyes by giving the music that is played visuals. While the aroma jockeys will make sure that you smell the music by pumping the correct scent into the room, our food jockeys will make sure you will taste the emotion through food and on top of this our special designed vibrating floor will let you feel the music in your whole body.

Gypsy Hill will be bringing their intoxicating mix of Balkan beats, ska and savage surf rock to the dancefloor. You'll certainly be dancing! And the New Town Kings are bringing their summer vibes to the Islington Assembly Hall, if the London weather isn't as great, at least these guys will surely make you smile. The after party will be hosted by Rumpsteppers, an energetic DJ duo that will help create the perfect ending to a fun evening.
