Michelle Collins to Play 'Nurse' in ROMEO AND JULIET at Octogon Theatre in 2011

Television star Michelle Collins, best-known as ‘Cindy Beale' in "EastEnders" as well as the BBC television series "Two Thousand Acres of Sky" and "Sunburn", has been cast as the Nurse in the upcoming production of Romeo and Juliet at the Octagon Theatre Bolton. Romeo and Juliet has been scheduled to run February 3 - March 5.

The show will be directed by David Thacker who previously worked as Director in residence for the RSC. Thacker also won an Olivier Award for Best Director for his work on the production of Shakespeare's Pericles. For information and tickets, please visit http://www.octagonbolton.co.uk

The fourth cast of the enormously successful "CALENDAR GIRLS" tour, opens at the Regent Theatre in Stoke-on-Trent on 5 September.
