2017 Amused Moose Comedy Award Finalists Announced

The 'ten best Fringe comedy shows by relatively unknown performers' have just been announced following a meeting of comedy movers-and-shakers.

The nominees will each perform an excerpt from their 2017 shows featuring in the Final of the prestigious Amused Moose Comedy Award this Sunday afternoon:

HARRIET BRAINE: TOTAL ECLIPSE OF THE ART
Ian Smith: SNOWFLAKE
LADY MUCK: LAUREN PATTISON
MARK SIMMONS: ONE LINERER
THE ALASDAIR BECKETT-KING MYSTERIES
THE ELVIS DEAD: ROB KEMP
THE KAGOOLS: CLAIRE FORD & NICOLA WILKINSON
THE ONE AND ONLY Chris Martin

Mark Dolan (star of Balls of Steel) hosts the final which already looks like beaing a real humdinger its so full of talent, with trophies presented by Edinburgh Fringe CEO, Shona McCarthy.

All the audience votes, as well as the large contingent of comedy industry folk including agents, producers, comedy critics, festival organisers, live bookers etc from around the UK and across the globe.
