"Novaya Rossiya" State Symphony Orchestra was founded officially on September 30, 1990. Dmitry Orlov, Russia Honored Artist; was commissioned as the Orchestra's artistic yönetimeni. in 1993, the name of the State Child and Youth Symphony Orchestra, Youth Symphony Orchestra. As the head artist Mark Gorenshtein. in December 1994, the State created within the Ministry of education and Culture Youth Symphony Orchestra, went to the Ministry. the name of the Orchestra in February 1995, Russia has changed as the State Symphony Orchestra. The name was changed again in October 2002 under the Federal State Institute of Culture State Symphony Orchestra Novoya Rossiya. Yury Bashmet, art director and Chief conductor was commissioned as. and has been approved by the Russia Federation, the Orchestra in March 2007. in January 2010 the Orchestra was awarded by the President of Russia Federation.
