BOOP! The Musical, met Jasmine Amy Rogers als Betty Boop, is nu te bekijken in de Theatre on Film and Tape Archive van de Library for the Performing Arts.

BOOP! The Musical ging in première op 5 april 2025, na voorvertoningen vanaf 11 maart 2025. Op zondag 13 juli speelde BOOP! The Musical zijn laatste voorstelling op Broadway, na 25 preview-shows en 112 reguliere voorstellingen.
BOOP! The Musical won 3 Drama Desk Awards, waaronder Outstanding Lead Performance (Jasmine Amy Rogers), Outstanding Choreography (Jerry Mitchell) en Outstanding Costume Design (Gregg Barnes); en 3 Outer Critics Circle Awards, onder andere voor Outstanding Lead Performer in a Broadway Musical (Jasmine Amy Rogers), Outstanding Choreography (Jerry Mitchell) en Outstanding Costume Design (Gregg Barnes).
BOOP! The Musical was genomineerd voor 3 Tony Awards, 11 Drama Desk Awards, 3 Outer Critics Circle Awards, 3 Drama League Awards, 3 Chita Rivera Awards, 1 Dorian Theatre Award en de Award voor Outstanding Broadway Chorus van het Advisory Committee on Chorus Affairs (AACA) van Actors Equity Association.
Bovendien won Jasmine Amy Rogers een Theatre World Award voor haar indrukwekkende debuut in BOOP! The Musical.
De hoofdcast van BOOP! The Musical werd aangevoerd door Jasmine Amy Rogers als Betty Boop en Tony Award-winnaar Faith Prince als Valentina, Ainsley Melham als Dwayne, Erich Bergen als Raymond Demarest, Stephen DeRosa als Grampy, Anastacia McCleskey als Carol Evans, Angelica Hale als Trisha, Phillip Huber als Pudgy the Dog, Aubie Merrylees als Oscar Delacorte en Ricky Schroeder als Clarence.
Tony Award-winnende regisseur/choreograaf Jerry Mitchell bracht de Queen of the Screen naar het theater in BOOP! The Musical, met de meervoudig Grammy Award-winnende componist David Foster, Tony Award-genomineerde tekstschrijfster Susan Birkenhead en Tony Award-winnende boekenschrijver Bob Martin.
