The Latvian Radio Choir Comes to Metropolitan United Church

Soundstreams presents The Latvian Radio Choir, one of the most distinctive musical identities on the planet.

A perennial audience favourite, they'll present a program encompassing Latvian, Canadian and international choral favourites, unique interpretations of great Russian classics by Rachmaninov (excerpts from Vespers), and Latvians Pëteris Vasks and Santa Ratniece.

There will also be world premiere Canadian choral works from Omar Daniels and Gabriel Dharmoo. The Latvian Radio Choir, under conductor Sigvards K?ava, is always a sell-out and a celebration.
