Scarborough Theatre Guild Presents DOUBLE DOOR 3/3-19

In March the Scarborough Theatre Guild will bring the classing thriller Double Door to the stage at Scarborough Village Theatre.

The play is the basis for the classic 1934 film. The Van Brett mansion is the chilling setting of the story, full of genteel horror, frightened occupants, murderous shadows, and closed shutters. The household are helpless victimes of Victoria Van Brett's tyranny. Rip, her younger half brother, struggles to free himself after he brings his lovely wife into the house and it is the sweet young girl, whome Victoria tries so hard to break, that gives Rip the strength to fight her. Can love overcome Victoria's cruelty?

Regular tickets are $17 with student and senior discounts available for Thurday evening and all matinee performances. Tickets for groups of 10 or more are available for $140 each.
