Squabbalogic Presents MYSTERY MUSICAL #4
Following the enormous success of their sold-out Mystery Musical shows, BYE BYE BIRDIE, HELLO, DOLLY and THE BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS, Squabbalogic Independent Music Theatre is inviting audiences to take a leap of faith again with MYSTERY MUSICAL #4 on Wednesday 3 rd August at the Seymour Centre.
A fundraiser with a difference, the Mystery Musical is a one-off staged reading (and singing) of a top-secret musical theatre classic that has long been waiting in the wings.
Under the direction of esteemed international director and actor Nicholas Hammond (The Sound of Music), MYSTERY MUSICAL #4 promises to be a unique and undeniably fun theatrical experience.
With musical direction by Hayden Barltrop (Grey Gardens) and choreography by Alexandra Lewtas (The Original Grease), the incredible cast will include Martin Crewes, Caitlin Berry, Simon McLachlan, Stephanie Priest, Mark Simpson, Brendan Hay, Nathan Farrow, Jim Burns, Courtney Glass, Brett O'Neill, Stephen Madsen, Garth Saville, Rowan Witt and Garry Scale, as well as a full ensemble of emerging theatre performers.
"Over the last 18 months, our Mystery Musicals have become a highly-anticipated staple of the Sydney independent music theatre scene," said Squabbalogic artistic director Jay James- Moody. "And they provide a much needed fundraising boost to our budgets that allow us to keep producing outstanding small scale musicals."
