Slide, Sydney's home of event dining, has announced a stunning detox menu to welcome the New Year.
Packed with superfoods and all the buzzwords you'd expect from a clean, green, nutritious menu, this is one tasty, fresh start to the New Year.
Every dish has been crafted to be gluten free with options available for vegetarians and vegans. And it's all wrapped up inside the action of Slide's exciting nine course circus degustation El' Circo.
The creative degustation of nine health-conscious dishes has many highlights including pistachio-crusted Atlantic salmon; plump Portobello mushroom stuffed with toasted quinoa risotto; a parmesan bowl salad of peach, cashew cheese and roasted beets; and a mouth-watering Paleo brownie.
At Slide, the artistry isn't restricted to the kitchen. Concept dining is the signature of the venue, where menus are designed to complement the stunning circus performances.
From daring aerial acts through to seductive burlesque, El' Circo is a magical and immersive show that transports audiences to another world, offering a seamless fusion of food and entertainment.
