Little Triangle to Present 'A Little Cabaret'

After presenting critically acclaimed sell-out productions of Sunday in the Park with George & Merrily We Roll Along, and prior to their November production of Michael John LaChiusa & George C. Wolfe's The Wild Party, Little Triangle will present A Little Cabaret with 7 emerging Australian performers this September for 3 nights only as part of the 2018 Sydney Fringe.

"These are stellar productions that are not to be missed." - Lisa Thatcher

Join Little Triangle as they unearth hidden gems of the musical theatre canon, with a line-up of underappreciated, overlooked and rarely performed songs from some of Broadway's leading composers. At Little Triangle, we love musical theatre in all its forms, and are privileged to have been able to present two critically acclaimed staged musicals in the past year. We are avid theatregoers & are insatiable when it comes to discovering underrated musicals & songs from well-known as well as emerging writers.

Specific songs will remain a surprise for audiences, but the performers will present numbers from leading composers such as Stephen Sondheim, Jason Robert Brown, Jule Styne, David Yazbek, Mary Rodgers, Cy Coleman, Michael J. LaChiusa, Kander & Ebb and more -expect to find a new love & appreciation for some of the greatest composers of the past century.
