Reflecting on the diverse demographic of the local area, Campbelltown Arts Centre presents looking at me through you. A series of newly commissioned and socially driven artworks by twelve Australian artists who have engaged with the real issues of today directly with the community of Campbelltown and Western Sydney Through their perspective.

Western Sydney is rapidly changing, and expanding with over 10% of Australia's population and 30% of Sydney already residing in its diverse suburbs. looking at me through you specifically considers Campbelltown as a region, urban development (and underdevelopment), the diversity of culture and community, the shifting political debate, the collective representation of voice and the uniqueness of place.

This socially engaged and important project will explore ideas of Western Sydney as a collective community, a thriving environment undergoing great change.
