Dilruk Jayasinha Presents SRI WANKA; as seen on Network Ten's Have You Been Paying Attention? and ABC TV's Sammy J & Randy in Ricketts Lane.

After selling out at this year's Melbourne Comedy Festival, Sri Lankan born comedian Dilruk Jayasinha finally arrives in Sydney to perform his hit show, "Sri Wanka" for ONE NIGHT ONLY at the Comedy Store.

A regular headliner on the Melbourne comedy circuit, Dil was recently awarded 2015 Comic of the Year by Melbourne's popular comedy room, Spleen. He's also performed to packed rooms across Australia as well as headlined shows in KL, Penang and Singapore. Not bad for a comedian who first hit the stage in 2010.

Arriving in Australia from Sri Lanka at age 19, with the aim to finish and make good use of his finance and accounting degree, Dil was soon unceremoniously fired by one of the Big Four accounting firms. They established that he had absolutely no interest in being an accountant and he couldn't agree more. From there he promptly jumped up for his first gig in September 2010 and hasn't looked back since.

When not on stage, Dil has be seen on ABC TV's hit six-part series, Sammy J and Randy in Ricketts Lane in the role of Michael Jayasinha and most recently on Network Ten's Have You Been Paying Attention?

Melbourne audiences couldn't get enough of him this year with punters rushing for tickets so Sydney, here's your chance to see what all the fuss is about with Dil's Comedy Store debut.
