This intensive version of our acclaimed Intro-to-Improv class teaches you the basics you need to start performing improv, all in a supportive and comfortable environment. Newcomers who have never been on stage before find the work easier than they thought, and advanced performers find The Improv Trick's approach fresh and inspirational. Tricksters with Lifetime Status can take this class for free, and get in on one of the most interesting Improv Trick experiences they've ever had.

Or maybe you've written a few things, but you want to know how to make them better-and funnier! The Improv Trick's Sketch Comedy Writing Class starts with the basics of constructing a scene, then shows you how to create humor through proven comedy-writing tools (including improv!). Students will have the opportunity to pitch ideas, collaborate, and get feedback, and will also receive topical writing assignments-just like the writers on shows like SNL.Please bring paper and pencil.
