Black Rep Concludes Their Season with THE ME NOBODY KNOWS 6/2-6/27

Through a generous donation from MasterCard The Black Rep will Celebrate the Next Generation. The Next Generation program was developed to encourage adults to bring youth to live theatre performances. Through the MasterCard Next Generation program, Black Rep Patrons may obtain a complimentary youth ticket when a regular priced adult ticket is purchased using a MasterCard. When patrons use their MasterCard, but do not utilize the free youth ticket, the ticket is "banked" for future use. Groups of young people from Mathews-Dickey Boys and Girls Club, Girls Inc., Annie Malone, Genesis Arts Ministry, along with Edgewood Children's Center, Youth-In-Need, Epworth, the Crider Center in Wentzville, and Big Brothers and Big Sisters will attend the Saturday, June 5, 2010 performance of The Me Nobody Knows at 3:00pm. The program will entertain, and enrich, as well as give youth and adults a venue to share.

 

The cast will feature young people from The Black Rep's SPA program and last year's Kevin Kline Award winning production of Sarafina! Sharisa Whatley, Tre'von Griffith, Alexis White, Tyler White, Dominique Milam, and John Reed II, with Alessandra Silva,Veronica Silva, Delaney Haynes, Peter Winfrey, Chauncy Thomas, Demetrius Sylvester, Abigail Oldham, and Anthony Tarvin, Jr. This talented cast is Directed by Mr. Ron Himes, internationally acclaimed Mr. Charles Creath is the Music Director and Ms. Heather Beal is the Choreographer. This wonderful production will open June 2 and run through June 27, 2010.

 

Performance Schedule: June 2 through June 27, 2010

Thursday performances at 7:00pm, Friday and Saturday performances at 8:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday Matinee performances at 3:00pm, with a Student Matinee performance June 9 and 23, 2010 at 10:00am.
