TheatreWorks Silicon Valley continues its 50th Anniversary Season with the Olivier Award-winning comedy The 39 Steps. This hilarious, high-speed spoof of Alfred Hitchcock's silver-screen classic hurtles a notorious fugitive and a breathtaking blonde from a London music hall to Scotland's most remote highlands crawling with devious spies.

Meet the Cast and Creative Team of Pan Asian Repertory Theatre presentation of the world premiere of the new play Daybreak by Joyce van Dyke (A Girl's War). Directed by Lucie Tiberghein (The Pavilion), the six-member cast will feature Melis Aker (Manar), Nicole Ansari (Rock 'n' Roll), Robert Najarian (Sleep No More), Angela Pierce (Oslo), Michael Irvin Pollard (The Apple), and Tamara Sevunts (The Good Girl). Performances begin Saturday, April 21, 2018 for a limited engagement through Sunday, May 13, 2018 at The Beckett Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street). Opening Night is Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 7:30 p.m.

Babes With Blades Theatre Company (BWBTC) launches its 20th Anniversary Season: "Origins" with its 20th world premiere The Invisible Scarlet O'Neil, playing at the Factory Theater, 1623 W. Howard St., September 2 - October 14. Based on the 1940s comic strip by Russell Stamm, the new play is written by BWBTC Ensemble Member Barbara Lhota, directed by Ensemble Member Leigh Barrett and features violence design by Ensemble Member Libby Beyreis. Preview performances are Saturday, Sept. 2 at 8 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 3 at 3 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 7 at 8 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 8 at 8 p.m. Opening Night is Saturday, Sept. 9 at 8 p.m. Regular performances are Thursdays - Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. Preview tickets are $10, student and senior tickets are $15, early bird general admission (available online through September 9) are $20 and general admission (after September 9) are $25. Lost in Yonkers  opened at Barrington Stage Company last night and BroadwayWorld was there. The show is running through August 1. Winner of the Tony Award for Best Play and the Pulitzer Prize, Lost in Yonkers is a heartfelt and hilarious coming-of-age story by America's great comic playwright, Neil Simon.  Jenn Thompson makes her BSC directing debut.  She is the Co-Artistic Director of The Actors Company Theatre (TACT) in NYC, where she recently directed Beth Henley's Abundance.

Pivot Arts launches a new celebration of innovative theater, music and dance in unique and often historic spaces from June 6 – 22, 2013 throughout Chicago's Uptown and Edgewater neighborhoods. Music Theatre of Connecticut MainStage is proud to present 'My Way: A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra' by David Grapes and Todd Olson.
