Today we're flashing all the way back to 1982 to see late Broadway star, Laurie Beechman, attending the Theatre World Awards in New York City.

ANNIE, the new production of the Tony Award-winning musical, went into rehearsal today in New York City with its full company. The production begins previews October 3, 2012 and opens November 8, 2012 at the Palace Theatre (Broadway at 47th Street). Meet the full cast below!

The party starts on January 29 at The Cleveland Play House with Ain't Misbehavin', a Tony Award-winning celebration of the music of Thomas 'Fats' Waller.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Executive Director Andrew D. Hamingson) will begin previews Tuesday, October 27 for the world premiere of IDIOT SAVANT, written, directed and designed by Richard Foreman.

The 2008-2009 Reprise Theatre Company season continues with 'I Love My Wife' with book and lyrics by Michael Stewart and music by Cy Coleman, December 2 to 14 at the Brentwood Theatre. Lea Thompson and Patrick Cassidy join Vicki Lewis and Jason Alexander. 'I Love My Wife' will be directed by Larry Moss with choreography by Lee Martino and music direction by Michael Skloff.

Gilbert and Sullivan's classic comic opera The Pirates of Penzance presented by the New York City Opera, opened on Wednesday, March 7 at 7:30PM at the New York State Theater at Lincoln Center.
