January 13, 2005…On the 20th Anniversary year of Jay McInerney's novel 'Bright Lights, Big City,' Sh-K-Boom Records has announced that they will release on CD Paul Scott Goodman's rock-and-roll opera 'Bright Lights, Big City' starring Patrick Wilson, Jesse L. Martin, Sherie Rene Scott and other stars of stage and screen in April 2005.

On November 29th, 2004, to commemorate World AIDS Day, one of this year's most exciting theatrical events will take place: a star-studded concert presentation of Stephen Schwartz's acclaimed musical, PIPPIN. The concert will take place at The Manhattan Center's Grand Ballroom at 311 West 34th Street (at 34th and 8th Avenue) at 7PM.

The PIPPIN concert will take place on Nov. 29th to commemorate World AIDS Day.

The lavish, new production of Rodger's & Hammerstein's The King & I, starring Sandy Duncan and directed by Baayork Lee, will grace the stage of Boston's Wang Theatre for one week only, when it opens on Tuesday, October 12 and plays through Sunday, October 17, 2004. On Monday, May 3, 2004 The Trevor Project hosted its 4th annual New York City benefit 'Like, a Totally Funny Whatever' at SHOW Nightclub. The Trevor Project is a nonprofit endeavor established to promote tolerance for gay and questioning teenagers, and to aid in suicide prevention among that group.
