Ars Nova continues the third season of its acclaimed Broadway Spotlight series with Avenue Q's Barrett Foa. Join Foa for an eclectic evening of songs ranging from pop/rock to musical theater - a healthy dose of unpretentious and rockin' music with direction by Christopher Gattelli and musical direction by Tom Kitt. Also with Courtney Balan, Damien Bassman, Roger Butterly, Randy Landau and Jason Robinson. Monday, December 6th at 8 PM at Ars Nova (511 West 54th Street, just west of 10th Ave.).

MCC THEATER (Robert LuPone & Bernard Telsey, Artistic Directors; William Cantler, Associate Artistic Director; John G. Schultz, Executive Director) will re-team with NEIL LaBUTE for the world premiere of his latest work, FAT PIG starring in alphabetical order: ASHLIE ATKINSON (Theresa on F/X's 'Rescue Me'); ANDREW McCARTHY (Broadway: Side Man; feature films: Less Than Zero; Pretty in Pink; St. Elmo's Fire); JEREMY PIVEN (Ari Jacobs on HBO's 'Entourage') and KERI RUSSELL (Golden Globe winner for WB's 'Felicity'). Jo Bonney (Living Out; Fifth of July) directs.

Viola, a young woman shipwrecked on the coast of Illyria, and believing her twin brother drowned, disguises herself as a man and enters the service of Duke Orsino, who has her play cupid for him and the object of his affections, Lady Olivia. The first of many complications arise when Viola falls for Orsino and Olivia falls for Viola's male alter-ego.
