The Whidbey Island Center for the Arts Theater Series will present DOUBT, A PARABLE, by John Patrick Shanley, April 6-21, 2012 at 7:30 pm, directed by Andrew Grenier, director of GOD OF CARNAGE at WICA in 2011.

The cast features Megan Besst, Brian Plebanek, Kathy Stanley, and Relda Weagant.

Doubt premiered at the Manhattan Theatre Club on November 23, 2004, before moving to Broadway, at the Walter Kerr Theatre, in March of the following year. It took the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for Drama; best new play awards from the New York Drama Critics' Circle, the Lucille Lortel Foundation, the Drama League, the Outer Critics Circle, and the Drama Desk; the Obie; and four Tony Awards.

Doubt is supported, in part, by a grant from the Washington State Arts Commission and the National Endowment for the Arts.
