MotorCity Casino Hotel Announces Scott Stapp of Creed 4/8/2011

MotorCity Casino Hotel is proud to announce Scott Stapp of Creed to Sound Board, Friday April 8 at 8:00 p.m., for a rare acoustic performance of solo songs and the songs of Creed.

Scott Stapp is a singer-songwriter, musician, and philanthropist, best known as the lead vocalist and co-founder of the rock band Creed. His first solo album, The Great Divide was released in 2005, peaked in the Top 20 of Billboard's Top 200 charts and was certified platinum. In 2000, Scott founded the With Arms Wide Open Foundation, a charity organization dedicated to promote healthy, loving relationships between children and their families.

Tickets ($37.00 and $34.00) go on sale December 6, 2010 at all Ticketmaster locations and Ticketmaster.com. Tickets are also available through the MotorCity Casino Hotel Box Office Friday-Sunday. To charge tickets by phone, call (800) 745-3000.
