KIDSTAGE Announces Their Summer Camps
Village Theatre KIDSTAGE is proud to announce its summer camp line-up of theatre classes for students of all ages. KIDSTAGE kicks into high gear for the youngsters hanging around Village Theatre in the summer months; between the Issaquah and Everett locations, there are dozens of camps for students to be part of.
In Issaquah, the KIDSTAGE summer camp lineup boasts over 30 popular options that begin in June, July, and early August for grades PreK through age 20. This summer, there are three options for those who are PreK and six options for Kindergarten; grades 1-2 can try "Musical Theatre: Peter Pan" or "Musical Theatre: Annie". For grades 3-5 there are several options, including "Hogwarts" or "Musical Theatre: Hairspray" and the fun doesn't stop there. In Everett, the KIDSTAGE summer camp lineup includes over 30 camps for students grades PreK-12 beginning in June, July, and August. This summer there are three options for PreK and seven options for Kindergarten; grades 1-2 can try "Musical Theatre: Peter Pan" or "Musical Theatre: Sound of Music". For grades 3-5 there are several options, including "Adventures in Narnia" or "Musical Theatre: Seussical". From grade 6 and up, students can choose from all kinds of camp themes including, "Hogwarts" and "Musical Theatre: Legally Blonde and more". Additional, targeted camp theme options are available as well, including "Acting for the Camera" and "Make ‘em Laugh: Acting Comedic Characters".

Summer camps in Issaquah and Everett officially begin June 20, 2011, with tuitions starting at $125 in Everett and 200 in Issaquah. Payment plans are available for all KIDSTAGE programs and financial assistance is available to those who qualify. Receive a 10 percent discount when registering more than one student from the same family or when registering for more than one class. One discount per family. Each registered student qualifies for one half-price single student ticket to any Village Theatre Mainstage production currently on sale. About Village Theatre KIDSTAGE:
Designed to encourage teamwork, personal integrity, self-esteem, and a life-long appreciation for live theatre, KIDSTAGE is a year-round performing arts training program in Issaquah and Everett for young people ages 4-20. KIDSTAGE students participate in classes, workshops and full-scale KIDSTAGE productions. All performances are by KIDSTAGE students and classes are taught by professional theatrical instructors.
