John Leguizamo announced today that he and his partners are expanding their Latino media and entertainment company to form NGL Collective, and have appointed advertising industry veteran, Joe Bernard, as Chief Revenue Officer, effective immediately. Bernard will drive revenue and oversee the monetization and creation of new and existing lines of business within the organization. Based in New York, he will report to NGL Collective's CEO and Founder, David Chitel.
