"The Elves and the Shoemaker" is a classic adored by both children and adults. When two elves arrive at a small village in the Black Forest they discover a kind-hearted shoemaker whose tiny shop could use some help. After the shoemaker saves the elves from his evil landlord, the elves agree to create beautiful and enchanting shoes for the shoemaker to sell.

Among many awards, the company was also recently selected by Bay Area Parent Magazine as the Best Family Theatre.

This production is sponsored in remembrance of Bette Belle Smith and also by Raley's. The Gallo Center for the Arts' 2011-12 Premier Partner is Boyett Petroleum.
