Fairytale Town Movie Night To Feature MARY POPPINS 8/28

Fairytale Town will feature the classic children's movie Mary Poppins on Sunday, August 28. Fairytale Town is pleased to show a new generation of children this classic movie on a big outdoor screen under a canopy of trees and stars.
In the movie Julie Andrews, portrays a magical nanny, who takes two young children on an exciting adventure into playful worlds filled with eccentric characters. Since its 1964 release, this classic movie has been popular among children and families. The Walt Disney Production earned Julie Andrews the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance as Mary Poppins and the film also won Oscars for Best Film Editing, Original Music Score, Best Song for "Chim Chim Cher-ee," Best Visual Effects, and received a total of 13 nominations. The movie is based on the Mary Poppins books series by P. L. Travers. This event is lawn seating and low beach style chairs are okay. No outside food or beverages will be allowed.
