Granite Theatre Announces Auditions for A COMEDY OF TENORS

Granite Theatre of Westerly, will be holding auditions for the Ken Ludwig's hilarious new farce "A Comedy of Tenors". The auditions are Monday and Tuesday April 16 & 17, 2018 at 7pm at the theatre, 1 Granite Street, Westerly, RI. The show is directed by Lee Rush. Artistic Director for the theatre is David Jepson. There are 14 performances for the show between June 29 and July 22, 2018.

One hotel suite, four tenors, two wives, three girlfriends, and a soccer stadium filled with screaming fans. What could possibly go wrong? It's 1930s Paris and the stage is set for the concert of the century-as long as producer Henry Saunders can keep Italian superstar Tito Merelli and his hot-blooded wife Maria from causing runaway chaos. Prepare for an uproarious ride, full of mistaken identities, bedroom hijinks, and madcap delight.

The theatre is looking for 4 men and 3 women ranging in age from 20's to 60's. All roles are open and no appointments are necessary. Full character descriptions are available on our website www.granitetheatre.com
