The greatest women of the stage, together for the very first time! Actor Bonnie Langford, musical theatre star Maria Friedman and soprano Lesley Garrett CBE have joined forces for the very first time to record a brand new album and hit the road for a UK Headline Tour entitled ‘Golden Girls’. With over 130 years of collective experience, these Golden Girls are legends of the stage and screen. With a new album full of hand-picked tracks coming November 30th and a nationwide tour in 2019, celebrate with the Golden Girls all the nostalgia, joy, highs, lows, and excitement for what life can bring! Lesley, Maria and Bonnie say: “We are thrilled to be teaming up for this new ‘Golden Girls’ album and UK tour. Being in the studio together has been a blast and we can’t wait to hit the road together!” With the album due for release on November 30th, The ‘Golden Girls’ tour will take the three women to music venues around the country – starting on 12th January 2019 in Canterbury and concluding at Sheffield’s City Hall on 4th February, including a date at the London Palladium on 2nd February.
