North Raleigh Arts and Creative Theatre Stages NEXT TO NORMAL
North Raleigh Arts & Creative Theatre (NRACT) is proud to present Next to Normal weekends from October 26 to November 11, 2018.
"With book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey and music by Tom Kitt, Next to Normal explores how one suburban household copes with crisis and mental illness. Winner of three 2009 Tony Awards, including Best Musical Score and the 2010 Pulitzer Prize, Next to Normal was also chosen as "one of the year's ten best shows" by critics around the country, including The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Rolling Stone and The New York Times" (MTI Website).
The show features Beau Clark as Dan, Aubrey Comperatore as Diana, Joshua Altman as Gabe, Averi Zimmerman as Natalie, Bryan Bunch as Henry, and Greg Toft as Dr. Fine/ Dr. Madden
There will be a talk back on Sunday, November 4, 2018 following the performance. UNC Mental Health Specialists with REX Healthcare will be joining the cast to discuss the mental health issues raised in the play.
