Bernadette Peters stopped by this morning's TODAY to talk about starring in Amazon's new series 'Mozart in the Jungle,' which chronicles the ego-fueled classical music scene in New York City.

Amazon will premiere all ten episodes of the highly-anticipated dramatic comedy series MOZART IN THE JUNGLE on Tuesday, December 23 on Prime Instant Video in the US, UK and Germany.

The world premiere production of the brand new musical comedy Bullets Over Broadway, written by Woody Allen and based on the screenplay by Allen and Douglas McGrath for the 1994 film, will begin preview performances tomorrow, March 11 and officially open Thursday, April 10, 2014 at The St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street). The new musical will be directed and choreographed by five-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman. About a Boy will air Tuesdays on NBC (9-9:30 p.m. ET). The series will premiere February 25 with a special preview on Friday, February 21 (10:30-11 p.m. ET), following Olympic Coverage.

Tina Fey (Date Night, 30 Rock) & Paul Rudd (I Love You Man, Knocked Up) star in Admission, the new film directed by Academy Award nominee Paul Weitz (About a Boy), about the surprising detours we encounter on the road to happiness. Straight-laced Princeton University admissions officer Portia Nathan (Fey) is caught off-guard when she makes a recruiting visit to an alternative high school overseen by her former college classmate, the free-wheeling John Pressman (Rudd). Pressman has surmised that Jeremiah (Nat Wolff), his gifted yet very unconventional student, might well be the son that Portia secretly gave up for adoption many years ago. Soon, Portia finds herself bending the rules for Jeremiah, putting at risk the life she thought she always wanted--but in the process finding her way to a surprising and exhilarating life and romance she never dreamed of having.

As previously reported by BroadwayWorld, the newest edition to the Focker franchise is stage and screen vet Harvey Keitel (DEATH OF A SALESMAN, JERRY SPRINGER THE OPERA at Carnegie Hall). The movie will also feature the return of everyone's Focker favorites, including Ben Stiller, Teri Polo, Robert De Niro, Blythe Danner, and Owen Wilson. Additions to this newest installment also include Laura Dern and Jessica Alba. The movie will be directed by Paul Weitz for Universal and Tribeca Productions.

Zach Braff stopped by Jimmy Fallon to discuss his role in the new play Trust. Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) has announced that Zach Braff, Bobby Cannavale, Sutton Foster, and Ari Graynor will co-star in the world premiere comedy TRUST, written by Paul Weitz, directed by Peter DuBois. Last week, rehearsals began for the upcoming Garden of Dreams Spring Talent Show, which will be held on April 28 at Radio City Music Hall and hosted by Whoopie Goldberg. Special guest Jane Krakwoski led the rehearsal with the kids along with the Radio City Rockettes, providing tips advice and comments on how to improve their technique, in dance and singing numbers, and how to find confidence in their own performance abilities. BroadwayWorld was on hand, and spoke with Jane about her experience with Garden of Dreams, where she finds her own inspiration, and when she might be returning to the stage.

Cirque du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant opens on October 23rd just in time for Halloween, the film features a bevy of stars including stage and screen favorites Jane Krakowski, John C. Reilly and Michael Cerveris. The movie is based on the first three books in The Saga of Darren Shan series.
