The production, which features a cast of 27, is currently in previews and will open on Thursday, November 21 at the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65 Street). This week's feature is 'Seeing You There' by Adam Gwon. Tony-nominee Josh Young (Jesus Christ Superstar), who happens to be a co-founder of Cutting-Edge Composers, sang this at our first concert at the Laurie Beechman Theatre.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Executive Director Patrick Willingham) will begin previews for the New York premiere production of GIANT, an epic love story with book by Sybille Pearson and music and lyrics by Michael John LaChiusa, on Friday, October 26. Directed by Michael Greif, GIANT runs through Sunday, December 2 in The Public's Newman Theater at its Astor Place home, with an official press opening on Tuesday, November 13. In the episode entitled 'Previews', the writing team of Tom (Christian Borle) and Julia (Debra Messing) scrambled to fix the show when the first preview fell short, and Frank (Brian d'Arcy James) had to adjust to the unwelcome return of Michael Swift (Will Chase) to his life. Dev (Raza Jaffrey) seeked reconciliation with Karen (Katharine McPhee), but explosive information about Ivy (Megan Hilty) lurked just beneath the surface.

Tonight's episode of NBC's musical drama SMASH will be paying homage to 'Bollywood', the colorful movie genre of India. The episode will include an elaborate dream sequence, set to the original song 'A Thousand and One Nights' written by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman. The dream stems from the strained relationship between Karen (Katharine McPhee) and Dev (Raza Jaffrey). Reveals series creator Theresa Rebeck, 'They have dinner in an Indian restaurant and there are Bollywood numbers playing in the videos on the wall.' Check out the full musical number below!
