Rachel Christiansen and The Brewing Dept. Present MEET MURASAKI SHIKIBU FOLLOWED BY BOOK SIGNING, AND OTHER THINGS

The up-and-coming artists of The Brewing Dept. (TBD) are presenting their show Meet Murasaki Shikibu Followed by Book-Signing, and Other Things at this year's FringeNYC. This is the first full production of the show following a workshop production last fall as part of TBD's innovative development process and a presentation at the 2016 Great Plains Theatre Conference.

Robert Sean Leonard to Be Crowned in CAMELOT at Westport Country Playhouse

Tony Award-winning actor Robert Sean Leonard, best known for tv's 'House,' film's 'Dead Poet's Society,' and Broadway's 'The Invention of Love' and 'Long Day's Journey Into Night,' will portray King Arthur in Lerner and Loewe's 'Camelot,' a freshly inventive take on the classic musical, at Westport Country Playhouse, October 4 - 30.

Chester Theatre Company presents THE MOUNTAINTOP

The Mountaintop comes to the foothills of the Berkshires when Katori Hall's award-winning play opens at Chester Theatre Company on Thursday, August 18th at 8:00 p.m. A bold re-imagining of the last night in the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., The Mountaintop runs through August 28 at the historic Chester Town Hall at 15 Middlefield Road in Chester, MA.

Gregory Linington and Isabel Keating Join Marg Helgenberger in THE LITTLE FOXES at Arena Stage

There are people who eat and there are those who get eaten. This fall, Arena Stage serves up Lillian Hellman's The Little Foxes, a delicious drama about family greed and betrayal. Emmy Award winner and Golden Globe nominee Marg Helgenberger, known for her 12 seasons as Catherine Willows on CBS's CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, stars as Regina Giddens under veteran director Kyle Donnelly, who has directed more than 20 productions at Arena Stage. The Little Foxesruns September 23-October 30, 2016 in the Kreeger Theater.
