The Boomerang Theatre Company (Tim Errickson, Artistic Director; Sue Abbott, Managing Director) will celebrate their 15th Anniversary in 2013 with an outdoor production of Shakespeare's RICHARD III and the world premiere of Johnna Adams' verse comedy LICKSPITTLES, BUTTONHOLERS AND DAMNED PERNICIOUS GO BETWEENS. Today we are talking to Patricia Kelly, the widow of one of the most iconic and influential performers in entertainment history, Gene Kelly, all about her husband's incomparable career on Broadway and in Hollywood, in honor of his centennial. Tracing Gene Kelly's journey from his theatre roots starring in Cole Porter's LEAVE IT TO ME!, Rodgers & Hart's PAL JOEY and William Saroyan's Pulitzer Prize-winning THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE on Broadway to his unforgettable screen appearances in many of the greatest movie musicals ever made - COVER GIRL, SINGIN' IN THE RAIN, THE PIRATE, AN AMERICAN IN PARIS and many more included - Mrs. Kelly gives us a look into the life of one of the most important artists of the twentieth century. The Broadway community mourns the loss of Celeste Holm, who passed away on Sunday at age 95. The marquees of Broadway theatres in New York will be dimmed in her memory on Wednesday, July 18th, at exactly 8:00 p.m. for one minute.

Actor Burt Grinstead may have a short theatrical resume at this stage, but he has been working consistently over the past couple of years essaying plays in New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. Since coming back to LA last summer, he has been in the highly successful Esther's Moustache at Sidewalk Studio Theatre this past fall and is currently treading the boards once more in the all new critically acclaimed production of Deathtrap at the Gay and Lesbian Center in Hollywood. In our chat he discusses Deathtrap and the other roles he's played, his focus as an actor, and those actors who have had the most influence on him.

Introduced to international audiences as a founding member of the Irish Tenors, Ronan Tynan began the spring portion of his solo tour at Mechanics Hall in Worcester, MA, on March 3, 2012. Ronan is the main attraction for Worcester's Rotary Club in their 100th Anniversary celebration.
