On April 19th five runners will set off from Hopkinton, MA with their hearts pumping to beat the band. Landers Symes, Lee Griffiths, Matt Chapuran, Mike Elmer, and Weylin Symes formed Team Stoneham Theatre last summer to run the Boston Marathon.

Stoneham Theatre is proud to announce that its Lights Up! Auction, held on Friday March 19th at the Hilton Boston/Woburn, raised over $90,000, a portion of which will be made available for scholarships to local youth who are interested in participating in the 2010 young company at Stoneham Theatre's summer training program.

Stoneham Theatre's production of Marathon tells the story of Mario, played by Mike Bash and Steve, played by Ben Chase who embark on what will be the most difficult run of their lives, but as the run progresses the casual outing becomes something darker. The show will end its run March 21st.
