Emmy Award-winner William Black brings his writing and directing talents to the New York stage with Theater for the New City's American Star!!! the Musical.

Singer, recording artist and popular radio personality Joey English stars as Norma Desmond in The Palm Canyon Theatre's "Sunset Boulevard" March 8-24, as part of the PCT's 16th season. The production is directed by Judith Chapman, star of television's "The Young And The Restless". I sat down with Ms. English in her beautiful Palm Springs home to chat about her career, the upcoming production and "all things Joey". Here are a few highlights from that conversation:

According to Entertainment Weekly, Sarah Michelle Gellar has signed on to star alongside Robin Williams in CBS' upcoming comedy pilot, CRAZY ONES.

Comix At Foxwoods will welcome one of today's foremost Latina standup comedians, Anjelah Johnson, for the first time to Fox Theater at Foxwoods on Friday, April 12 at 9 p.m. Tickets will be available for presale through Comix and Ticketmaster on Thursday, Feb. 21 at 10 a.m., and regular tickets will go on sale Friday, Feb. 22 at 10 a.m. Fans can purchase tickets in advance for $30 and $40. The Dallas Opera, in partnership with Cowboys Stadium and with support from The Dallas Foundation, is extremely proud to announce the second classical music simulcast conducted in a North Texas sports venue.
