MTV2 is kicking off the season of giving with a special "Hip Hop Squares: Win a G" sweepstakes that will give four lucky fans the chance to win a cool $1,000.

MTV today announced that the network is set to expand its pop culture-dominating "Jersey Shore" franchise with the greenlight of the new, hybrid talk show/reality series THE SHOW WITH VINNY, hosted by cast member Vinny Guadagnino.

MTV is set to spook viewers with back-to-back nights of horrifying Halloween films, featuring Friday the 13th on Friday, October 26 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT and Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning on Saturday, October 27 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.

This month, Syfy will present four Saturday Original Movies - JERSEY SHORE SHARK ATTACK, Piranhaconda, Arachnoquake and Bigfoot -- featuring a veritable who's who of iconic actors including Tony Sirico, Paul Sorvino, Jack Scalia, Barry Williams, Danny Bonaduce, Sherilynn Fenn, Howard Hesseman, Michael Madsen and Tracey Gold.
