54 Below will welcome Broadway's own Michael Cerveris for two very special performances only on November 2-3, featuring him and his band, the magnificent Loose Cattle. Broadway was introduced to Michael in The Who's Tommy. Since then, audiences have embraced him in leading roles in Titanic, Assassins, Sweeney Todd, Lovemusik and, among others, his current Tony-winning performance as Juan Peron in Evita.

On October 31, Cadavaret- Broadway's Halloween Cabaret, will be hosted by Lance Roberts (Broadway's Ghost, Sister Act, Jafar in Disney's Aladdin and The King of Cartoons in The Pee Wee Herman Show on Broadway). Ka'davaret features some of Broadway's finest performers singing some devilish ditties from musicals with a "darker" theme, including Sweeney Todd, Little Shop of Horrors, Wicked, Kiss of the Spiderwoman, Damn Yankees, Phantom of the Opera and more. Abby Lee, David B. Brode and Executive Producer Tom Viertel just announced that the hit 1982 Tony nominated Best Musical PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES will return to Broadway this spring at a theatre to be announced. Conceived and written by the original company, John Foley, Mark Hardwick, Tony Award winner Debra Monk, Cass Morgan, John Schimmel and Jim Wann, PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES will be presented in a new production with direction and musical staging by Tony Award winner John Doyle.

Broadway Records and 54 BELOW announced today that they have joined in partnership to create a series of albums recorded live at the brand new venue, 54 BELOW, located just steps away from the heart of Times Square. The album series will kick off with Patti LuPone and Andrea McArdle's recordings to be released on December 11th, 2012 and Norbert Leo Butz's recording due on January 15th, 2013. Patti LuPone's album will be produced by six-time Grammy nominee, Robert Sher, who previously worked with Patti on the Gypsy 2008 Broadway Cast Recording. The Andrea McArdle and Norbert Leo Butz albums will be produced by Aaron Ankrum, who worked with Broadway Records on Laura Osnes' "Dream A Little Dream" album. All three albums will be executive produced by Van Dean and Kenny Howard, of The Broadway Consortium, and Ken Mahoney.

(Originally scheduled to appear at the venue last June, Martin was forced to postpone her engagement due to a bronchial infection.) Seth Rudetsky (Sirius XM Satellite Radio, The Ritz) will join Andrea at the piano.
Marilyn Sokol, currently featured in OLD JEWS TELLING JOKES, will be a guest on WBAI Radio (99.5 FM) tomorrow, Saturday October 6 in the 9 AM hour.
