2013 Drama League Nominations Announced -- KINKY BOOTS, PIPPIN & More Lead with 3!

The Drama League (Executive Director, Gabriel Shanks) has announced the 2013 Drama League Awards Nominees for Distinguished Play, Distinguished Revival of a Play, Distinguished Musical, Distinguished Revival of a Musical, and Distinguished Performance Award. The nominations were announced at a ceremony hosted by Patina Miller and Michael Urie this morning at Sardi's Restaurant which were streamed live online at www.BroadwayWorld.com.

Photo Flash: ANYTHING GOES Tour Celebrates 200th Performance with Kathleen Marshall!

Roundabout Theatre Company's (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) national tour of the 2011 Tony Award-winning Anything Goes celebrated its' 200th performance at Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh, PA yesterday Wednesday, April 18. The company celebrated with a welcoming curtain speech by director, choreographer & Pittsburgh native Kathleen Marshall and a beautiful cake following the performance. Roundabout Announces Full Cast for THE UNAVOIDABLE DISAPPEARANCE OF TOM DURNIN

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) has just announced the full cast for the world premiere of The Unavoidable Disappearance of Tom Durnin by Steven Levenson, directed by Scott Ellis. The cast will include Christopher Denham as "James Durnin," Lisa Emery as "Karen Brown-Canedy", Sarah Goldberg as "Katie Nicholson," David Morse as "Tom Durnin," and Rich Sommer as "Chris Wyatt"

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) announced that tickets are now available for the world premiere of The Unavoidable Disappearance of Tom Durnin by Steven Levenson, directed by Scott Ellis. The cast will include Christopher Denham as "James Durnin," Sarah Goldberg as "Katie Nicholson," and David Morse as "Tom Durnin." Additional casting will be announced soon.

THE PIANO LESSON & MURDER BALLAD Lead in 2013 Lortel Awards Nominations!

The Off-Broadway League today announced nominations in 14 categories and two additional special awards for the 2013 Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway. The Lortel Awards will be handed out on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at NYU Skirball Center beginning at 7:00pm EST, and hosted by acclaimed stage and screen actors Aasif Mandvi and Maura Tierney. This year's event will once again benefit The Actors Fund.

ANYTHING GOES Tour Comes to Pittsburgh's Heinz Hall, 4/16-21

The national tour of Roundabout Theatre Company's ANYTHING GOES, the new Broadway revival of Cole Porter's timeless classic musical theatre masterpiece, will make its Pittsburgh premiere April 16-21, 2013 at Heinz Hall as part of the PNC Broadway Across America-Pittsburgh series.

Roundabout Extends TALLEY'S FOLLY Through May 12

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) has just announced a one-week extension of Lanford Wilson's Pulitzer Prize winning play Talley's Folly, starring Danny Burstein as "Matt Friedman" and Sarah Paulson as "Sally Talley", directed by Michael Wilson. The limited engagement has been extended to May 12, 2013 at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street).

The Philharmonic Center for the Arts will present the national tour of Roundabout Theatre Company's Anything Goes, the Broadway revival of Cole Porter's timeless classic, tonight through Friday, March 5 - 8 at 8:00 p.m.; Saturday, March 9 at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, March 10 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) has just announced two new Broadway productions as part of the 2013-2014 theatrical season. Donald Margulies' Pulitzer Winning play Dinner with Friends directed by Pam MacKinnon and Tom Stoppard's Tony Award winning play The Real Thing, directed by Sam Gold will join the previously announced Off-Broadway production of Joshua Harmon's Bad Jews. Casting, dates and venue information will be announced soon.

Broadway's ANYTHING GOES Sails Into the Orpheum Theatre, Now thru 3/3

The national tour of Roundabout Theatre Company's ANYTHING GOES, the new Broadway revival of Cole Porter's timeless classic musical theatre masterpiece, will make its Memphis premiere tonight, February 26th-March 3rd at The Orpheum Theatre as part of the 2012-2013 Broadway Series.
