Evans, presents The Gospel According to Thomas Jefferson, Charles Dickens and Count Leo Tolstoy: Discord, concluding Northlight's 41st Season. The Gospel According to Thomas Jefferson, Charles Dickens and Count Leo Tolstoy: Discord, by Scott Carter and directed by Kimberly Senior, runs May 6 - June 12, 2016 at Northlight Theatre, 9501 Skokie Blvd in Skokie. The press opening is scheduled for Friday, May 13 at 8 pm.

In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, he revealed more about the project, including that Busta Rhymes, Ben Folds, Regina Spektor, Latifah, Common, and Chance the Rapper will all record songs.
