Zoetic Stage Presents 'McKeever's Briefs' One Night Only Fundraiser At The Caldwell, 7/26

Michael McKeever is South Florida's most produced and prolific playwright. His plays have premiered in many of South Florida's top theatres including Florida Stage, New Theatre, Actors Playhouse, Caldwell Theatre Company, Palm Beach DramaWorks & City Theatre. McKeever's plays are produced throughout the United States and Europe. His play 'South Beach Babylon' will open the inaugural season for Zoetic Stage.

Mad World Presents WHEN IT RAINS GASOLINE and TAPE, 7/23-8/7

Mad World Productions presents the World Premiere of 'When It Rains Gasoline,' written by Jason D. Martin, chronicling the massive emotional insecurities and social compromises of a group of Columbine-generation teens, navigating the treacherous waters of adolescence. Directing is Jason D. Martin. The production is produced in tandem with Stephen Belber's acclaimed three-person drama, 'Tape,' directed by Joelle Arqueros. The productions open Friday, July 23 at the Renegade Theatre in Hollywood. When it Rains Gasoline performs at 7pm, followed by Tape at 8:30pm.

THE GREAT GAME: AFGHANISTAN Returns To The Tricycle Theatre July 23-August 29

The Great Game: Afghanistan - a festival exploring Afghan culture and history through twelve plays, a five day film programme, a ceramic exhibition and discussion sessions returns to the Tricycle Theatre for a limited run from 23 July until 29 August 2010 with a press day on 31 July.

People's Light Production of THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES Closes 7/11

The Irish play that led to riots in the streets of Dublin when it debuted 103 years ago and became a comic masterpiece, The Playboy of the Western World, opens the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival's 19th season. With previews June 16 and 17, the play opens June 18 in the Schubert Theatre and continues through July 3.
