The role of the 'eccentric Dutch psychic' was orginally to be played by Anna Massey, however she recently withdrew from the project for personal reasons.

Tonight, June 1 at 8pm, HBO will air 'I Knew It Was You: Rediscovering John Cazale,' a documentary about actor John Cazale. Cazale appeared in 'The Godfather' (as Fredo Corleone), 'The Godfather: Part II,' 'The Conversation,' 'Dog Day Afternoon,' and 'The Deer Hunter.' Rehearsals begin today, Monday, April 5 for the World Premiere production of PARADISE FOUND, a new musical under the combined direction of Theater legend and 21-time Tony Award winner Harold Prince (the original productions of Cabaret, Sweeney Todd, A Little Night Music, The Phantom of the Opera, Company, Follies, Evita) and 5-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman (Crazy For You, Show Boat, The Producers, Contact). This is their first collaboration since the landmark, Tony Award-winning revival of Show Boat. Following the New York rehearsal period, the production will open at London's acclaimed Menier Chocolate Factory with performances running May 19 through June 26.

Barefoot Theatre Company will present the closing event of the 70/70 Project, a yearlong, worldwide festival showcasing 70 plays by the soon-to-be 71-year-old playwright. The celebration features a reading of Unexpected Tenderness, one of Horovitz's most personal plays, live music, a surprise guest host and more. This special evening will take place at the Bleecker Street Theatre (45 Bleecker between Lafayette and Mott streets) on Wednesday, March 31st, 2010. Cocktail hour is at 7pm; curtain rises at 8. Tickets are $25 per person.
