Following the 80th Anniversary Season's record-breaking attendance, Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival announces the 2013 Festival schedule today. Jacob's Pillow is a National Historic Landmark, home to America's longest-running dance festival, and a recipient of the National Medal of Arts.

Asanti Dance Theatre presents the new afro-contemporary dance work SANKOFA (Return and Get It) tonight, 14, 15 December, 6pm & 8:30pm each night Malthouse Theatre, 113 Sturt St. Southbank and then on 20 December at 8 p.m. at Drum Theatre Lonsdale in St. Dandenong.

The event, which is free of charge and open to the public, will take place at 7:30 pm. tonight, September 22, 2012.

Pilobolus's groundbreaking collaboration with the band OK Go and Google on the music video "All Is Not Lost" garnered multiple Cannes Lions Awards at the 59th Annual Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, currently taking place in Cannes, France. The honors bestowed on the video are the Gold Film Lion for Interactive Film, Gold Cyber Lion (Craft) for Best Video, the Gold Design Lion for Typography, the Silver Cyber Lion (Websites & Microsites) for Publications & Media, and the Bronze Design Lion for Online Digital Design. These prestigious honors come on the heels of the video's 2012 GRAMMY Award Nomination for Best Short Form Music Video.

Columbia University will present BIRTHDAY TRIAGE - an immersive, multi-media performance in which the audience accompanies one of four characters on their personal journeys as their birthday worlds collapse and unveil their mythological DNA. Four plays weave in and out of each other like DNA strands as audience members glimpse the shattered pieces of the characters' lives.
