The NAACP and TV One announce today that Stevie Wonder will perform, Kevin Hart has been added as a presenter, and Kerry Washington, Michael B. With today's release of Network television's daytime ratings, CBS'S THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS has marked its 1,300 consecutive week or 25 years as the No.1 daytime drama, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Dec. 2.
