AMC announced today that the network's historical spy drama “TURN: Washington's Spies” will shift to Monday nights for its second season and premiere on Monday, April 13 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT with a special two-hour episode. The series will then move to Monday at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT for the remainder of the season. The move continues the network's original programming expansion into Monday nights that began earlier this month with the premiere of “Better Call Saul.”

AMC today announced extended catch-up viewing opportunities via AMC On Demand, AMC.com and Netflix of the complete first seasons of the network's drama series “TURN: Washington's Spies” and “Halt and Catch Fire.” The catch-up airings for both series will run in expanded windows prior to the upcoming second season spring 2015 premieres.

The second season of AMC's Revolutionary War drama “TURN: Washington's Spies” began production this week in and around Richmond, Virginia, including at two historic locations in Williamsburg; Colonial Williamsburg's Historic Area and on the campus of the College of William & Mary.

AMC today announced that it has ordered a second season of its Revolutionary War drama, “TURN.'

Donmar Warehouse opened Lyndsey Turner's FATHERS AND SONS by Brian Friel, on 10 June. It stars Anthony Calf, Elaine Cassidy, Caoilfhionn Dunne, Susan Engel, David Fielder, Joshua James, Karl Johnson,Tim McMullan, Jack McMullen, Siobhan McSweeney, Seth Numrich, Phoebe Sparrow, and Lindy Whiteford.

The rift between old and new generations is put under the microscope in Brian Friel's FATHERS AND SONS, an adaption of the 19th century Russian novel of the same name. In this new production at London's tiny Donmar Warehouse a fantastic company pull out the wit and emotion in an otherwise philosophical and verbose play.

Last night I had the particular privilege of discussing the intricacies and intrigue of William Shakespeare's legendary history play RICHARD III with one of the greatest actors of our age and a true patron of the arts - two-time Academy Award winner Kevin Spacey. Discussing the finer points of his characterization of the hunchback antihero, Spacey paints a vivid portrait of his experiences in reteaming with his AMERICAN BEAUTY collaborator, director Sam Mendes, on bringing a truly 21st century take on the classic play to the stage - and then bringing the production all the way from the hallowed ground of Spacey's own The Old Vic in London, to the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York City to a whirlwind worldwide tour spanning the globe. NOW, a compelling new documentary following the project from rehearsal through to opening night and ensuing world tour is set to be released next month and is highlighted by the fly-on-the-wall intimacy and access it provides viewers, as well as offering copious performance footage of Spacey and company in action onstage. Today the Donmar Warehouse announced the full cast of Fathers and Sons, by Brian Friel, after the novel by Ivan Turgenev. Directed by Olivier Award-winner Lyndsey Turner - who returns to the Donmar having previously directed Friel's Philadelphia, Here I Come! in 2012 - Turgenev's masterpiece reveals a new world in conflict with the old, the uneasiness of clashing generations and the difficulty of staying radical as you move through life.
