OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network and Hearst Magazines announced today that Oprah Winfrey's in-depth conversation with Michelle Obama about her new memoir Becoming will air as a primetime special “Oprah Winfrey Presents:  Becoming Michelle Obama” on Thursday, November 15 at 8:00 PT/ET on OWN, with an extended unedited version available on “Oprah's SuperSoul Conversations” podcast starting the same day, with part two available on November 19. In addition, the full interview will be streamed on Oprah's Facebook on Sunday, November 18 at 11:00 am ET/PT. The interview will also be featured in O, The Oprah Magazine on newsstands November 20, with behind-the-scenes content available on Oprahmag.com as well as globally across multiple Hearst Magazines' titles, including the December cover of ELLE.

OWN Expands the Network's Podcast Slate with OPRAH'S MASTER CLASS

Expanding on the popular podcast “Oprah's SuperSoul Conversations,” OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network announced today it will launch the podcast version of its Emmy-nominated series “Oprah's Master Class” on Apple Podcasts. A sneak preview of the podcast featuring actor and producer Dwayne Johnson is available today, July 17, and the podcast will officially debut on Thursday, July 19 with hip-hop innovator and entrepreneur Jay-Z. Each week, the podcast will feature previously aired content from the television series' most popular interviews with the most respected and renowned actors, musicians, public figures and athletes sharing their greatest life lessons in their own words.

“Oprah's SuperSoul Conversations” podcast will feature an all-new interview with Peabody and Emmy-winning journalist, producer, and bestselling author Maria Shriver. Adding to its roster of A-list talent relationships, global content leader Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) has signed a first-look producing deal with Salma Hayek Pinault, one of the industry's premier multi-hyphenates, along with her producing partner Jose 'Pepe' Tamez. Under the agreement, Hayek Pinault and Tamez will produce feature films for Lionsgate under Hayek Pinault's Ventanarosa Productions banner. Reflecting Hayek Pinault's enormous versatility, her production banner will also explore feature film opportunities with Lionsgate's Pantelion Films venture.
