Kicking off the 2013 Awards Season, The 24th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival (PSIFF) Awards Gala, presented by Cartier, was held Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the Palm Springs Convention Center hosted by Mary Hart. Just in time for Valentine's Day, Street Theatre Company opens its 2013 season with two special performances of Love Letters. Love Letters by A. R. Gurney was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for Drama. The play is a unique and imaginative theatre piece that is comprised of letters exchanged over a lifetime between two people who grew up together, went their separate ways, but continued to share confidences. Evocative, touching, frequently funny, as the actors read the letters aloud, they chronicle over nearly 50 years of hopes and ambitions, dreams and disappointments, victories and defeats that have passed between them throughout their separated lives.

Direct from its sold-out World Premiere at Barrington Stage Company, Dr. Ruth, All The Way will be directed by Julianne Boyd co-founder and Artistic Director of Barrington Stage Company (BSC). TheaterWorks' production will be a revised version of BSC's production starring stage, film and television actress Debra Jo Rupp (Kitty Forman on That 70's Show). Dr. Ruth, All the Way will run May 31st through July 7th, 2013.
