Willie Geist Hosts Inaugural BEST OF THE U.S. AWARDS SHOW Tonight

NBC's Willie Geist will serve as host for the United States Olympic Committee's inaugural Best of U.S. Awards Show supported by USG, which will honor outstanding U.S. performances from the Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and air tonight, April 7 on NBCSN from 7-8 p.m. ET. In addition, figure skaters and commentators Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski will host red carpet coverage, as more than 200 members of Team USA arrive at the Warner Theatre for the live taping on April 2. The creepily campy, gruesomely goofy premise of the 1960s classic Little Shop of Horrors begs audiences to leave their disbelief at the door and come along on a wacky ride requiring runaway imagination. The Maryland Institute College of Art's student-run Rivals of the West Theatre Co. is an ideal team to tackle this big story with a small-ish cast, as the fine arts students have endowed the production with their outstanding creativity, evident in the stunning set design and masterful puppetry.

Six-time Grammy Award winner and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Art Garfunkel, whose songs helped define a generation and remain among the most instantly recognizable in popular music, will be in concert after a two-year hiatus, on Friday, April 11, at The Ridgefield Playhouse. This stirring event will be Art Garfunkel's first appearance at The Ridgefield Playhouse, along with his guitar player Ted Leven, in an evening that will be filled with familiar songs, poetry and a special audience Q&A. Discretion is advised if intending to purchase tickets for children younger than 10 years of age. After a two-year hiatus from performing due to complications with his vocal chords, Art Garfunkel is back on tour and feeling great.
