Christian author Adam Gellert's book, 'Activation: A Story of God's Transforming Power,' was announced the winner of the Henri Award (Non-Fiction category), earlier this month at the 2016 Christian Literary Awards in Hurst, Texas.
'I am ecstatic that my personal story of how God activated my life, and the lessons that apply to all of us, was selected to receive the prestigious Henri Award,' said Gellert. 'It's rewarding to know that the judges found this book to be of the quality deserving of such an award, in addition to having a message that resonates with readers.'

Yesterday afternoon, friends and colleagues of the late Edward Albee paid tribute to the playwright at the August WilsonTheatre (245 W. 52 St.). Mr. Albee died at age 88 on September 16, 2016 at his home in Montauk, NY.
